Break free from burnout

and get back to your life.

Career support for high-achieving professionals navigating burnout, identity, and change.

You’ve built a successful career.

But it’s costing you more than you expected.

You feel exhausted, disconnected,

and unsure of what comes next.

I help high-achieving professionals

understand burnout at the root,

and make changes that actually last.

you feel constantly behind, no matter what you do

〰️ you can't turn work off, even when you're not working 〰️

you've worked hard to get here, and now something feels off

Sound familiar?

〰️ you're stuck between staying where you are and wanting something different 〰️

you're the one people rely on, and you don't know how to stop being that person

〰️ even when things are "fine," you don't actually feel okay

Burnout doesn’t come from just one place.

That’s why you can go to therapy, set boundaries, or even change jobs and still end up feeling the same.

Because the problem isn’t just your habits or your job. It’s how everything is interacting:

  • How you relate to yourself

  • How you show up at work

  • And the environment you’re in

Because this isn’t just stress,

and it’s not something you have to figure out alone…

How I Help

We work across three areas:

Self

1: We explore the internal pressure, identity, and patterns that make it hard to slow down or step back, even when you need to.

Work

2: We look at boundaries, decision-making, and the ways you’ve learned to take on more than is sustainable.

Environment

3: We make sense of your workplace, expectations, and the systems shaping your experience, so you can stop blaming yourself for things that aren’t yours to carry

Together, this helps you understand what’s actually driving your burnout, and where change needs to happen.

What Starts to Change?

Clients often begin to notice:

  • Feeling less constantly “on”

  • Resting without guilt

  • Work takes up less space

  • Letting go of over-functioning

  • More clarity about what they want

  • Decisions rooted in alignment
