My style is direct, structured, and collaborative. I will help you build insight into your patterns while also supporting you in taking meaningful, aligned action.
This work is active and intentional. Not just talking, but creating real change. That means will apply actionable steps.
To me this should mean our work together will have a beginning as well as an endpoint.
I draw upon EFIT, IFS, ACT, and additional career-specific modalities to create a systems-level approach to help you experience the change you desire.

Your identity and lived experiences are not separate from burnout; they shape how it shows up and what needs to change.
We’ll name and explore this from the beginning, and it will remain part of our work throughout. This isn’t something you have to bring up on your own or justify.
My role is to create a space where you can show up fully, and where your experiences are understood in context, not minimized or overlooked.

Therapy focuses on understanding and addressing deeper emotional patterns, mental health concerns, and past experiences that may be impacting your current life and work.
Coaching is more structured and action-oriented, focusing on how you show up in your work and life now, and helping you make intentional changes moving forward.
If you’re unsure which is the best fit, we can discuss this during a consultation.
-
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Many clients come in knowing something isn’t working, but not yet knowing exactly what needs to change.
Part of our work together is gaining clarity and building a path forward.

Sessions are held via secure video, making scheduling simple and reducing unnecessary logistics so we can stay focused on the work itself.

That is a collaborative choice we will discuss around your goals and your schedule.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. Over time, we may adjust frequency based on your goals and progress (especially when there are tools to implement or action items between sessions!)
There are no set number of sessions as each person has unique needs and moves at their own pace.

I am a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance for therapy services. This allows us to focus fully on your goals without limitations from insurance requirements.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill for therapy services that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
