Build your career before you need to launch it.

You don't have to know exactly what you want to do yet.

Your first years of college are a chance to explore what interests you, understand what you bring to the table, and start building the experiences and skills that will help you pursue internships and future opportunities with confidence.

Through WorkLife Co, Clark Scholars have access to individualized career coaching designed to help you get started.

If you have a direction in mind but need stronger professional materials, choose Resume + LinkedIn.

And if you're preparing to interview or want to build your interviewing skills before you need them, choose Interview Prep.

Meet Your Career Coach

Beth Vincent, PhD, LCMHC

I'm a career coach, counselor educator, and founder of WorkLife Co. Throughout my career, I've worked with college students and professionals at different stages of their careers, including helping students prepare for internships, navigate the transition from college to the working world, and build the skills and confidence to take their next steps successfully.

For Clark Scholars, my goal is to help you start preparing early. Whether you're figuring out what kinds of engineering opportunities interest you, building your resume and LinkedIn presence, or developing your interview skills, we'll focus on practical steps that help you feel prepared when it's time to begin your internship search.

My approach is practical, individualized, and focused not just on your next internship, but on building career skills you'll continue using throughout college and into your professional life.

I look forward to working with you!
